At JamFactory, we want you to love your home decor, so we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your new furniture or accessories aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help simplify the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JamFactory account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
